Summary:In order to build a beautiful and co-prosperous environment for the new generation, in addition to emphasizing school performance in school management, the concept of sustainable development will contribute to the long-term development of the school after it enters the school. Taiwan has been promoting education for sustainable development (ESD) for a long time. If you want to create a campus environment with the spirit of sustainable development, you can’t just rely on the promotion of governmental policies. The principal’s choice of appropriate leadership strategies is more like holding a key to open up new campus. The key, how to choose the right strategy to solve the problem in the daily crisis, while nurturing the spirit of sustainable development in the school, tests the wisdom of principals.
