Summary: | In order to improve the speed control effect of the underground belt conveyor under operating condition, to ensure the belt speed matches the detected coal flow in real time, and to prevent the occurrence of coal pile-up failure, the work in this paper proposes a method to optimize the fuzzy control rules using genetic algorithm to realize the belt conveyor speed control. The fuzzy controller optimized by the genetic algorithm program is simulated and analyzed in Simulink. The experimental results show that when the Genetic Algorithm optimizes the Fuzzy Controller, the overshoot of the system is reduced to 1%, the steady-state error is eliminated, and the control effect is better. |
