Summary: | Antenna measurement is an important technique to acquire different types of parameters in the design and manufacture of antenna. There are a lot of antenna measure methods including far field antenna measurement, near field antenna measurement, compact field antenna measurement, etc. However, a problem of the antenna measure methods above is that it requires a microwave chamber and brings a huge cost for the test. A fast antenna measure method is proposed in this paper. It doesn't need to use a microwave chamber and use a power amplifier to achieve an electromagnetic condition that can be seen as a chamber. Transmitting performance, receiving performance, return loss and some other antenna parameters can be tested in the proposed measure method. |
