Summary: | The paper presents the method of numerical simulations for the selection and arrangement of PV panels based on the software tool PVSOL. The presented optimization method was used for forecast analysis and production planning of a solar power plant on roof with an output power of 400kW AC. Simulations were made for the case of changing the arrangement and inclination of strings of PV panels, after which the analysis carried out showed that the accuracy of the assessment of possible production is within satisfactory limits. The proposed method can be applied in the design of solar power plants regardless of roof type covering. At the end of the paper, the simulation results are presented as a confirmation of the optimization of the correct selection and layout of the solar panels of a specific PV power plant. |
