Summary: | Based on the requirements of 5G Sub-6G devices test, a 5G Sub-6G compact antenna test range is designed. By optimizing the edge diffraction processing technology, the quality of the quiet zone is improved. On the same time, the influence of the installation accuracy of reflector metal edge teeth on the quiet zone is analyzed in this paper. Simulation and measured results show that when the antenna works in the k-band with an error of less than 0.25mm, the quiet zone amplitude taper and ripple is less than 0.8dB and ±0.5dB, respectively, and the quiet zone amplitude and phase changes is less than 1.1dB and 11.6°, respectively, which meets the quiet zone performance requirements of antenna testing. |
