Summary: | In this article, we proposed a Graphene meta surface based broadband absorber is proposed with a simple and straightforward structure with three layers and the proposed structure is designed and simulated by using the FDTD based numerical simulation tool like CSTMW Studio. The proposed design contains three layers of gold, quartz crystal and a graphene elliptical patch. The permittivity of lossy quartz dielectric material is taken as 3.75 and the loss tangent of 0.0004 and gold conductivity is taken as 4.561\mathrm{e}+07. The absorption bandwidth of the proposed absorber can be altered by changing the graphene chemical potential and relaxation time. By doing parametric analysis for the graphene material ellipse horizontal radius, the absorber's bandwidth also gets increased as compared to previously recommended absorbers. the proposed absorber is a straightforward structure with a good absorption band. |
