Description
Summary:The tourism sector has been significantly impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Researchers prove that adaptability to the new global economic system results from: Government response, Technology innovation, Local belongingness, and Consumer and employee confidence. These were used in reference to four hundred and seventy papers, indicating the credibility of the authors' surveys. Therefore, this study's objective was to conduct a comprehensive review and retrospective analysis of the rapidly emerging literature on the dynamics of the post-COVID-19 tourism industry by examining the factors contributing to the resurgence of a resilient and sustainable tourism business. This paper screened forty-nine specific publications for 2021, the year in which the COVID-19 situation began to improve. The authors then carefully analyzed the articles, except for the twenty-three eliminated. We found that other factors besides the four listed above contribute to the resilience of the new economic regulation in the tourism industry. Future studies in this field are also discussed.
