Summary:We experimentally demonstrate reconfigurable microwave signal processing performed by a dispersion-diversity multicore fiber. The fiber comprises 7 different cores featuring the required chromatic dispersion values. As representative cases, this article gathers signal filtering, radio beam-steering in phased array antennas, frequency measurement and arbitrary waveform generation.
