Measurement of Uric Acid by Enzyme Potentiometric a-IGZO Thin Film Biosensor

In this paper, an enzymatic potentiometric biosensor based on Nafion-modified amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin film has been developed for the measurement of uric acid (UA). Sensing characteristics, including sensitivity, linearity, response time, etc., are measured by a voltage-tim...

Description
Summary:In this paper, an enzymatic potentiometric biosensor based on Nafion-modified amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (a-IGZO) thin film has been developed for the measurement of uric acid (UA). Sensing characteristics, including sensitivity, linearity, response time, etc., are measured by a voltage-time measurement system. The a-IGZO UA biosensor proposed in this study has a high sensitivity of 21.9 mV/(mg/dL) and maintains a sensing characteristic of linearity of 0.998.
