Summary:In order to collect cigarette butts that can be used as raw materials for re production, this study designed a waste cigarette butts recycling device. Using STm32 microcontroller as the control system of the device to control its operation; Infrared induction recognition device is a device that recognizes cigarette butts and transmits signals to a microcontroller. Considering various situations where cigarette butts are discarded, a extinguishing device, cigarette butts filter, and tobacco separation and screening filter were designed at the device's feeding port. Finally, the cigarette butts are physically separated through a device to obtain acetate fiber filaments and waste paper scraps from the cigarette butts, which are then screened and stored in different collection devices. To contribute to the research on cigarette butts recycling devices.
