Summary:To ensure stable operation of electric power systems, as well as reliability and survivability of electric power facilities, it is necessary to equip electric power facilities with relay protection and automation devices (PAC). PAC's operation is regulated by various regulatory legal documents, and the requirements for PAC devices may differ depending on operating organization of an electric power facility. For this reason, there is a need to analyze, systematize and streamline these requirements.
