Summary:The purpose of the research is to create a web service for project planning and management. The object of the research is the process of analyzing the creation of new projects and programs and their management. The web service will solve such important problems as obtaining good results in a short period of time, creating work in a team, minimizing force majeure situations. In order to solve these problems, such functionality as control of the execution of assigned tasks for the administrator panel, distribution of tasks to employees will be applied.
