Description
Summary:Some benefits of mindfulness include reducing stress, improving concentration, and improving physical and psychological health. Virtual reality creates a relaxing and meditation-friendly environment away from everyday life. However, most applications consider only the visual and auditory aspect, which is insufficient in fully mimicking the physical world. Therefore, we will use VR to develop chakra meditation systems. Considering the effect of light and sound frequencies on different chakras, we added a sound and light vibration system called Vibrational Reality. This application is passively interactive, driven by behavioral biometric features such as brain waves and heart rate. Users do not need to use a controller to operate. The user simply puts the headset on, and the application is ready to guide the user through some chakra meditation.
