Summary: | Aiming at the problem of co-frequency vibration caused by the unbalanced mass in active electromagnetic bearing supporting rotor, an unbalanced vibration suppression method based on adaptive parameter identification is proposed in this work. The adaptive rate is set by Lyapunov stability theory to realize the identification of the unbalance disturbance parameters of the magnetic bearing. Then the disturbance force identified values are calculated and feed-back into the controller for the stable operation of the rotor. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can identify the unbalanced disturbance dynamics, effectively suppress the unbalanced vibration displacement generated by the rigid rotor and enhance the stability and robustness of the system. |
