Summary: | In this paper, an approach to optimize current sampling points for single DC-link sensor current sampling is proposed, in order to reduce the effect of inverter dead zone, thus improving the accuracy of current sampling with single DC-link sensor. The subsequent flow in dead time is analyzed, revealing extra DC current postpones caused by dead zone. With extended electromotive force (EEMF) position estimation method used in position sensorless control, the effectiveness of proposed method in position sensorless control is verified with simulation, and the performance of different current sampling points deciding methods are compared. |
