Summary: | In this paper, we designed a compact 16×16 monopulse tracking array antenna system for aircraft datalink. The antenna system is composed of three parts: array antenna module, frequency conversion module and processing module. Through stacked-structure, the system is well integrated into compact structure. System dimension is 204mm×204mm×96mm. Designed frequency is 12.5GHz. The peak antenna gain is 27.2dBi at 12.5GHz. For the tested tracking directions, average tracking accuracy is under 0.7°. |
