Description
Summary:The number of breweries in Brazil has been rapidly increasing in recent years, especially with the creation of new microbreweries, which are typically small and medium-sized companies that focus on product innovation but still have a manual production process. In this context, this work aims to identify the profile of these breweries in the Brazilian market, understanding their main KPIs and level of automation. From this point, it suggests an architecture for digital transformation, which provides transparency in the operation of the industrial process and generates data that could be used to add value to the microbreweries, enabling them to enhance their operations and the quality of their products.
