Summary: | The main objective of this work is to find an empirical correlation for the Nusselt number, which allows calculating convective heat transfer in an air cooling unit with moving components. The cooling unit consists of a variable-speed fan that induces air to enter the unit, a variable-speed motor that drives a shaft with blades that agitate the fluid to be cooled and draft, exposing it to the incoming air. There is also a container into which and amount of hot fluid enters, and through its agitation and lifting, it is cooled. |
