Summary:It is a very challenging task to identify and trace the class of the objects during the time of poor visible conditions such as night time. Due to which there remains a gap in security measures especially in the areas where infiltration is a major issue and also the aerial activities are not that easy. In order to solve this issue, the study is conducted which uses Machine Learning and Computer Vision for the image and the video processing and also for the detection and the classification. The study is performed with the images and the video that are captured by the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) during night time where onwards Computer Vision and Machine Learning are used for the further classifications.
