Description
Summary:Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, located in the East Java province, represents one of the largest volcanic areas in the region. Notably, it stands as the sole conservation area in Indonesia featuring a 10km sea of sand and a diverse array of tourist attractions. However, the existing website of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park requires improvements in terms of its user interface and user experience, aiming to provide a more contemporary and visually appealing presentation of the park's attractions. To address this, the design thinking methodology is adopted as a framework for the design stages, accompanied by qualitative research methods. Data collection involved the utilization of questionnaires and interviews, while usability testing was conducted to assess the website's usability. Valuable suggestions and feedback from users played a pivotal role in informing the design process of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park website.
