Summary: | The Dielectrically Modulated Double Gate Bilateral TFET (DMDG-BTFET) biosensor's performance has been assessed for the first time. The behavior of neutral biomolecules with the exposer of interface trap charges (ITC) has been investigated. It was found that positive ITC exhibited superior performance compared to no or negative trap charges, resulting in enhanced sensitivity. This analysis is conducted utilizing the SILVACO ATLAS TCAD simulator. |
