These evolving autonomous AI systems challenge human cognition and dependence. But, serious concerns lie in AI's power to exceed its boundaries, posing difficulties in human comprehension, predictability, and control, especially concerning issues like privacy, bias, and ethical dilemmas in human judgment. Moreover, the advent of AI introduces new concerns, such as data inaccuracies and breaches, in the context of evolving digital technologies. This article highlights the escalating legal, ethical, and social dilemmas arising from AI-driven data processing systems, emphasizing the imperative of responsible governance and ethical reflection in our journey through the evolving AI landscape. It also gives some suggestions that can be used to address AI issues pertaining to social, ethical and legal norms of human beings. However, it continues to pose an enduring challenge for AI ethicists, reformers, and legal experts to work together in order to shape AI in the best interest of humanity.
