Description
Summary:Local navigation systems are actively used for solving various tasks in industry and others. At the same time, the known ultra-wideband local navigation systems enable, in addition to estimating the coordinates of users, to perform the communication tasks. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the possibility of changing the operation of anchors by changing the period of emission of synchronization radio signals. The paper presents the results of the experimental study of the error in the formation of range differences at various rates of synchronization of anchors of ultra-wideband local navigation systems. It is shown that when using anchors with a refenerce oscillators relative with instability of 1.5 ppm RMS of range differences of 0.1 m at the synchronization period of 8.4 seconds.
