The goal is to offer solution for SROI which is DSS by using CAMT to be case study. Knowledge management process and knowledge engineering are used in methodology part for capturing knowledge from expert. After the knowledge is extracted and validated by expert and users, the user interface of DSS was designed from the acquired knowledge, to guide the knowledge workers to perform SROI evaluation following the expert procedure, reducing the struggle. Moreover, the user interface was designed to be user-friendly and reduce subjective issues. |
