Description
Summary:This paper investigates the effect of sintering temperature on the decomposition process of organic system and the microstructure of the corresponding sintered tissues in three different silver pastes. In order to verify the evolution process and decomposition temperature of organic system, the burnout of the organic system in the three different silver pastes is analyzed using a thermogravimetric ananlyzer. Then, silver films were prepared at different sintering temperatures, and the corresponding microstructures are compared and analyzed. The results show that the types and contents of organic system in different silver pastes are different, and the decomposition process during sintering is also different, which leads to different microscopic morphology of the corresponding sintered tissues.
