Description
Summary:Blockchain-enhanced Smart Grid is being deeply studied by many scholars because of its unique advantages in system and security of distributed accounting and traceability. However, the problems of data privacy disclosure and low efficiency are still worthy of the attention of most researchers. In this paper, we design a general three-tier architecture of Smart Grid based on blockchain, including edge layer, permissioned blockchain layer, and application layer. Furthermore, for the three-tier architecture, a novel privacy-preserving range query scheme without a trusted authority is proposed by adopting fog computing, permissioned blockchain, Paillier homomorphic encryption system, and Goldwasser-Micali cryptosystems. This scheme can realize range query in batch, while it can also protect privacy and resist collusion attack. Performance evaluations and experiment comparisons show that our scheme has good advantages: higher efficiency and lower storage, and thus it can meet increasing data service requirements.
