Summary:The main operating bands of 5G new radio (NR) frequency range 2 (FR2) occupy two consecutive ranges, namely the low band (LB) range (24.25 to 29.5 GHz) and the high band (HB) range (37 to 43.5 GHz). Therefore, the 5G millimeter-wave (mmWave) system urgently needs wideband/multiband compact and efficient power amplifiers (PAs) to economically support international/cross network roaming, particularly for user equipment (UE) devices [1]-[4].
