Summary:Phase noise is an important index of high-performance voltage-controlled oscillators, which determines the short-term frequency stability of voltage-controlled oscillators, this paper introduces a high-performance voltage-controlled oscillator phase noise test verification method, through the development of the voltage-controlled oscillator phase noise verification board test to evaluate the phase noise of the device, the results of the single-side-band phase noise test with the physical indicators have a high degree of agreement.
