Description
Summary:This work briefly summarizes the influence of various weight percent of MgO nanoparticles and AlN microparticles in the polyurethane (PURs) sample on energy storage, energy dissipation, and relaxation time. The experiment results show almost comparable behaviour of PUR1+MgO and PUR2+AIN samples under certain conditions. The relative permittivity of PURs with particles is higher in comparison to the case of PURs without any additions. The temperature variations from 25° C to 120° C, implemented for AIN and MgO show an increase in energy dissipation with an increase in the temperature and vice versa. Meanwhile, with an increase in frequency in the range from 1 mHz to 1 MHz dielectric value becomes sufficiently less. To explain the behavior of dielectric spectra the Cole-Cole model and its various parameters were used. The a-relaxation and intermediate dipolar effect (IDE) of relaxation processes were observed during temperature measurements.
