Summary: | With the continuous development of economy and society, the emergency supply system has been widely developed, but how to realize the effective deployment of emergency units and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency response is crucial to ensure the long-term stability of the city. This paper comprehensively summarizes the whole process of emergency supply work in the era of big data using a multilayer complex network model. It analyzes the planning and evaluation process of emergency supply plans and proposes a project portfolio decision method that takes into account both project attributes and topological attributes based on project association networks. Then, the selected projects are modeled in the supply network, and a pruning-based breadth-first search algorithm is used to select supply chains from the perspectives of timeliness and energy efficiency, and to formulate supply plans. Finally, the paper evaluates the plans from the perspectives of redundancy and riskiness, and proposes optimization strategies. To validate the proposed methods, the paper concludes with a case study on emergency supply for fire incidents. |
