Description
Summary:This paper presents several laboratory test setups for the Electronic Instrumentation module of the Degree in Industrial and Automatic Electronic Engineering taught at the School of Aerospace Engineering and Industrial Design of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The first two PCBs introduce the topic of Instrumentation Amplifiers (IA), where one is used to characterise an IA with three discrete Operational Amplifiers and the other to amplify the signal of a load cell used in a weighing scale with an off-the-shelf integrated IA. The next two test setups cover the A/D and D/A conversion topics. The experience with numerous students over several years has proven its validity and effectiveness to learn the proposed concepts.
