Summary:Expanded information will be the subject of this publication, where we plan to analyze how to build reference and sensing cavities for air pressure measuring and reference and sensing cavities for temperature and relative humidity measuring for reference sensor of addressable type for qualitative and quantitative air monitoring. Each of these tasks additionally requires a scrupulous study and presentation of detailed results obtained at each stage of implementation. The authors in this article did not delve into the details of the taken measurements results, but focused on the formulation of design and technology problems. For Fabry-Perot resonators additional addressed fiber Bragg structure sensor will be valued as source of reference information. One more problem of publication how to multiplex last ones.
