Summary: | The problem of obtaining high spatial resolution of targets in a ground-based radar system designed to monitor space debris in near-Earth orbits is considered. To do this, an analysis of the resolution of various circuits of the system is carried out. The features and disadvantages of the schemes are noted. The possibilities of using inverse synthesis of the antenna aperture are evaluated. A variant of a multi-position system with the placement of receivers on space satellites is proposed. The decisive role of the Earth's atmosphere in the possibility of achieving high performance of the analyzed system on short millimeter waves is indicated. |
