Summary:A two-stage amplifier using FEA-based vacuum transistors was designed and its performance was investigated in view of forthcoming vacuum integrated circuits. The empirically obtained amplification factor well agreed with theoretically calculated one. A Wien bridge amplifier was designed with the two-stage amplifier. The self-driven oscillation with the frequency of 1 kHz was observed.
