Summary: | In this paper, a temperature-controlled super power capacitor is designed based on self-rolled-up (S-RuM) technology, which simultaneously has continuous adjustable and ultra-high energy density, and the capacitance density can reach 7583 F/m 3 . The simulation results show that the capacitance exhibits a nonlinear change from 150 K to 450 K, which first increases and then decreases. In addition, an efficient and simple calculation method is proposed to solve the problem that the gap between the nano-scale rolls is difficult to measure. |
