Summary: | In order to quickly evaluate the temperature rise of the generator under different working conditions and predict whether maintenance is needed, this article analyzes the main factors affecting the temperature rise of air-cooled wind-driven generator, and proposes a prediction method for generator temperature rise. This method can be used to evaluate the temperature rise of the generator under different environments, altitudes, and other conditions. At the same time, it can also evaluate whether the generator will overheat when the power increases based on the current operating situation of the wind-driven generator, and make early warnings and maintenance. This article takes the 8.5MW doubly fed asynchronous air-cooled wind-driven generator as the research object, and the accuracy of theoretical calculations is determined by comparing the results of numerical simulation and fluid-structure coupling simulation analysis with the results of theoretical prediction. |
