Summary: | In this work, we present a meta-atom synthesis approach for passive metasurfaces of subwavelength thickness using the description in terms of surface impedance. The approach includes an optimization procedure that aims for broadband single resonance structures with 2 \pi phase coverage which are easy to fabricate. The motivation of this work is to develop a passive, large aperture, multi-resonator phase-gradient metasurface for sensing applications in V band (60-64 GHz). |
