Summary: | This research article presents the proposed approach to solve a common problem for companies that must plan their operations to meet their demand for activities. For this, three different optimization models are explored: Genetic Algorithms (GA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Random Guided Search (RGS). This is to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs related to reading itineraries. The three algorithms are configured for the problem and present appropriate results based on the requirements. The objective of this study is also to analyze the state of the art and highlight the potential in the use of the models in real-life challenges in different areas and industries. |
