Description
Summary:This paper presents the sequel on previous author's work and deals with the stochastic analysis of electric field calculation procedures in the vicinity of base station antenna emphasizing the effect of MIMO antenna system mostly used in new 5G technology. Electric field is calculated considering three different approaches: Free Space model (FS), Perfect Ground Reflection model (PG), and Fresnel's plane wave approximation model (FRM). The reflection occurs over two-layered soil (medium) described with relative permittivity and electric conductivity of each layer, as well as with the thickness of the upper layer. The uncertainty quantification (UQ) is derived using Monte Carlo (MC) stochastic method. Stochastic mean and double standard deviation of the output are computed and sensitivity analysis (SA) is carried out in order to analyze the level of impact of input parameters' variations on the resulting electric field.
