Summary: | This paper proposes a method for scheduling power outages to address the difficulties of power outages and the lack of scientific scheduling for power outage maintenance on large user lines of 110kV and above. Firstly, the power outage maintenance costs on the grid side, user side, and maintenance side are analyzed, and a comprehensive maintenance cost model is established. Then, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the lowest comprehensive maintenance cost for each year. Based on the lowest comprehensive maintenance cost, three levels of maintenance periods A, B, and C are marked. Furthermore, the suitability of power outage maintenance for the next year is allocated through weight assignment based on the value of each level of maintenance period and annual data. Finally, the time interval with the highest suitability for power outage maintenance is identified to determine the scheduling time for the next year's power outage maintenance work. |
