Summary: | Based on the image acquisition device of the photoelectric system, this paper develops the image processing method of image fusion to image the internal image of the tube parts taken in segments. This method is convenient for quantitative analysis of the surface quality of the inner bore of the tube parts. 10 inner wall images of the tube parts are taken with the non-contact image acquisition device of the photoelectric system within a distance of 20 cm, and the rust position is found. The feature points of the images are extracted by SIFI algorithm, processed and described by the feature points, and image registration is realized by phase correlation method to achieve image fusion. After fusion, the 10 images can show the surface topography information of the inner bore, and retain the information of the rust part. This method provides information reference for the surface detection of pipe parts. |
