Summary:The sampled health application is a health application that provides information about health, medicine, and also health aids that are of interest to its users. This ease and efficiency in searching for information about health makes the application. Based on the reviews obtained on the Google Play store application, several users complained about problems in using the application facilities, then regarding menu navigation problems where users still experienced confusion in navigating the application, finally there was the responsiveness problem of the menu or interface which sometimes had problems such as error or stuck in using the application then the application closes by itself. Based on the review there is a lack of user experience in the application and users still lack evaluation in improving their user experience. Hence, some users still have problems using the application even though this could have been avoided or evaluated beforehand. The aim of the research carried out in the sampled application is to find out problem points in the user experience in the application and get the latest evaluation using the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) method. The results of this research can explain that the aspect of the user experience questionnaire scale in the clarity scale occupies the first level or gets a very high average result, namely 2.41; while the novelty scale occupies the lowest position with an average value of 1.75. Based on the value of the novelty scale which was still low, design improvements were made which included the appearance of the doctor's chat menu or doctor's consultation based on the novelty scale.
