Summary: | A restricted class of RL structures is considered. Specifically, an attempt is made to distinguish between 1) the member structures which approximately equal the Foster and the Cauer structures in natural frequency realizing ability and 2) the member structures which are markedly inferior to the Foster and the Cauer structures in natural frequency realizing ability. The attempt is successful. It is shown that the member structures which belong to the former category satisfy a remarkably simple algorithm. The algorithm suggests a corresponding algorithm as obtaining for the entire class of RL structures. All results have exact analogs for the RC and LC cases. |
