Frequency-domain condition for the existence of a Lyapunov functional for the problem of Lurie
A sufficient condition is presented for the existence of a Lyapunov functional of the type quadratic form plus integral of the nonlinearity. It is expressed in the frequency domain and takes account of both sector and slope restrictions on the nonlinear element.
