MIC Coupler with Improved Directivity Using Thin-Film Bi/sub 2/O/sub 3/ Overlay (Letters)

Results of the effect of thin-film Bi/sub 2/O/sub 3/ overlay on a directional coupler at X band are reported. Directivity between 14 and 23 dB was obtained over the band.
