Design of proportional-integral observer for unknown input descriptor systems

In this paper, simple methods to design full and reduced-order Proportional Integral (PI) observer for Unknown Inputs (UI) descriptor systems are proposed. Description
Summary:In this paper, simple methods to design full and reduced-order Proportional Integral (PI) observer for Unknown Inputs (UI) descriptor systems are proposed. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the observer are given and proved. The observer is solvable by any pole placement algorithm, it gives a posteriori robustness state and UI estimation face to time varying parameters and bounded nonlinear UI. An illustrative example is included.
