Spin-polarized tunneling in ultrasmall vertical ferromagnetic tunnel junctions: effect of Coulomb blockade
In this paper, spin polarised electron tunneling in ultrasmall FIF tunnel junctions at relatively high temperatures was studied. The magnetoresistance of ultrasmall FIF junctions was strongly enhanced in the Coulomb blockade regime by reduction of the higher-order tunneling process.
