Study of high frequency characteristics up to 10 GHz was carried out by INJECT Enterprise, and above 10 GHz-by PhotoNova Inc., Canada. The photo-receiving modules under development have to be maximum unified in structure and characteristics for its possible replacements by the nearest analogues. They have standard input and output circuits, feature low levels of high frequency electric and back reflection noises. |
