Measurement for the time-resolved spatial profile of a laser
We used noncollinear optical parametric down-conversion to generate temporally gated images of the spatial-intensity profile of an ultraviolet laser beam. The third-harmonic generation of Nd:YLF at 351 nm was mixed with 1064-nm radiation from a Nd:YAG laser to produce a signal beam image at 524 nm.
