Summary: | In this work, a panoramic analyzer for studying spectral characteristics of high-Q resonance systems in the mm-wave region is presented. The system includes a standard millimeter-wave generator a unit for generator controlling and analog data collecting, and a personal computer with a proper software installed. The panoramic analyzer implements generator frequency tuning within 53.57-67.37 GHz via a 10 MHz frequency step complemented by the, ability of a minimum 160-kHz frequency step within a 600-MHz bandwidth. The SHF field amplitude is measured at any point of the frequency range. The open resonator characteristics obtained from this measuring complex, are presented. |
